We use Australia post, Fastway Couriers or Couriers please for shipping,order will be usually shipped within 1 to 2 working days after the payment clear.

Warranty :

All products bought from Newtech Systems comes with 12 months warranty from the date of purchase unless stated on the product.
For extended warranty or manufacture warranty, please contact manufacture for more information. as they will provide a more effective technical support as well as quicker turnaround times.

Return Policy:

Please carefully choose as refunds or exchanges are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. Please research about the goods you wish to purchase and double check the item before you purchasing.

We accept refunds or exchanges in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
This enables you to return a produce that is:

1. Faulty
2. Significantly different to those shown or described to you
3. Not fit for purpose
4. Unsafe

Please note:
1. Proof of purchase - your receipt is required for any refund or exchange.
2. Refund will be issued as per your original payment method.
3. We have the right to assess the age and condition of returned goods prior to offering a repair , exchange or refund.

Refund could be made within 7 days from the date of purchase upon 15% restock fee will be charged for such refund.
Goods will not be accepted unless the goods are returned in their original packaging.
The customers shall be responsible for and shall pay freight cost for returning goods.
